Everything in the economic downturn right now can be fixed with a drop in oil prices. A grassroots campaign named, “Operation Oil Chaos,” has been launched to drive down the price of oil stocks and futures. Everyone can get involved and do something. This isn’t another theory, but a workable, achievable plan.
