Good news. Why the hesitation by Morales? Could it be that he doesn’t want to use force because he believes that will of the majority of people will prevail? Is he under-estimating the wealthy in Santa Cruz? He is very badly underestimating them and not focusing on the CIA ties with Washington, the US, the Rockefellers and big oil money!
