Christian conservative Ronald Paul comes out swinging on C-SPAN, stating how Human Life begins at Conception, so it is only a matter of time now before we can start putting Planned Parenthood baby-killing employees on death row state by state, and start by putting Howard Dean’s wife on death row and get rid of that trash, and then grant a Presidential pardon to Eric Rudolph and let that American patriot rejoin society.

I copied the title of the video straight from the person who uploaded it. Ron Paul admits to being a conservative. He also supports prayer in schools. He does talk about religion.
Please see the many blog posts on how Kucinich says he’s going to pay for universal healthcare.
Kucinich-Dennis
Lastly, he never said he WOULD overturn Roe Vs. Wade that I’ve seen. He merely states his view on it. That one single act allows him to masquerade as a “Republican”, and without that slick maneuvoring there would be little or no Ron Paul campaign.
People act like axing Roe vs Wade would criminalize abortion. All it would do is turn over the power of the decision making to state and local governments, and the people within them. That in effect removes the MORAL EMOTIONAL WEDGE ISSUE that is from DC. He also advocates removing the rest of said MEWI’s from DC. When you do that there’s little distinction left between the left/right. keeping it is telling our Big Brother to tell us what to do or not to do. “Big Brother, feed me. Big Brother, burp me, pat on my back. Big Brother, change my diaper!”
He’s for securing our borders and bringing home the 750+ forward deployed military bases and etc. That’s not increasing the military. The statement saying comparing him to a Bush clone, if informed, is devious and deliberately subversive.
How’s Kucinich gonna pay for all that health care, along with his other big government programs? $9 trillion in debt folks wake up. The Federal Reserve system is the root of all evil. Dont get rid of that and you’ll never get rid of American Imperialism. Kucinich takes his lessons from Paul on that matter. I like Kucinich, but I think he understands that he needs the debt system to pay for his big plans.
Lo, Placing that “Conservative Christian” label on him was wrong. That’s the same as equating him with the “Religious Right” (pro-imperialists). I’m disappointed in that move. I’ve onyl hard him mention religion once, and all he said was “I believe in a creator” and left it at that. He’s not those other assholes who use religion as a tool to manipulate people. He’s trying to remove the MEWI’s fromt eh discourse where it has no place other than at home.
In any case, support both of these men until the primaries. Dont put all of your eggs into one basket.
Hi Bon, I posted this for Andrew as he sent me the link. Yes, it’s old news, I’ve seen other vids of Paul speaking about abortion, etc.
There are far too many differences for a Kucinich/Paul ticket. It’s not going to happen. Nor should it, imo.
If you are a conservative, Paul is the candidate for you. I am NOT a conservative. I support Kucinich all the way.
Clinton and Giuliani get enough attention, so I don’t post much about either of them in general. If they get their respective parties nomination I will be voting third party.
i don’t understand why you would post this, lo, when 1) it is old news and 2) it seems you are deliberately trying to be divisive. why don’t you post more stuff about clinton and giuliani? they are your real enemies. not ron paul.
paul/kucinich ’08.

Ron Paul is probably the only honest polititician out there. Trying to compare pro-lifers to fascist is absurd. Ron Paul believes in the rule of law over everything else and is entitled to his opinion. I happen to be pro life (but not a fascist) myself yet don’t think the government has a right to get between a person and their doctor if the person’s life or best interest is at risk. But using abortion as means for birth control is an inhuman and barbaric act, and we ought to be looking for ways to make abortion for birth control obsolete.
Try asking another candidate about abortion (Including Dennis Kucinch) and watch them flip flop around the question careful not to offend either side.
Ron Paul is also against the death penalty, why not have a post about that?
Fringe issues aside (Issues that the president: the executive branch has no say in since his job to execute law not legislate it ot interpret it) Lets talk about issues the president does have a say in.
Ending the Iraq war: No more presidential vetos or unconstitutional police actions
Restoring the constitution: Returning the powers back to congress and the courts.
Getting rid of the patriot act: can’t be renewed if the president doesn’t sign it unless theres an overwhelming majority from congress which wont happen.
These are the things Ron Paul is promising and campaigning on. Not abortion. Abortion is just a fringe issue he happens to have an opinion on.
I’ve never heard him promise to herd anyone off to death row for abortion if elected (which is absurd because he’s against the death penalty) So please stick to the facts and keep your unfounded ridiculous sceneroes out of it.
It’s one thing to debate abortion, but painting a picture of a Ron Paul gestapo coming around to imprison all that dissagree with him if elected is pure fear mongering propaghanda.
Ron Paul is consistently for life. He has been against the illegal Iraq war from the beginning, unlike Hillary, and is true to his oath as a doctor to protect life. Where in the constitution does it give the right for us to kill unborn babies. If you want to change the constitution to make this issue clear, I am sure Ron Paul will support the amended constitution as he honors the present one.
Ron Paul sure makes a lot of sense!
I find it quite interesting (and telling) how angry he gets when he talks about abortion. Usually he’s a quiet-spoken man. But talking that abortion talk gets him all fired up. You can tell that this is the fuel that motivates him.
Sure does make all that libertarian talk all hollow now, don’t it?
So at least we are clear where this guy stands – he is going to get rid of Roe vs. Wade and spend more money on the military! Another Bush clone. And to the herds of sheeple following him to slaughter: Remember what your blind allegiance to Mr. Moral Majority Bush got this country into.
