Dennis Kucinich Can Win by Lo (lots of polls, surveys, etc.)
for the type of info that you are looking for.
I very much like your no nonsence factual non-emotional analysis of the issues.
The voters need to know (1) the positions of each candidate on the issues in sufficient detail so that they can determine (2) where they are the same, (3) where they are different, (4) how they will be financed. The debates are an ATTEMPT to do that but it does not work.
I have four degrees and two professional licenses (pharmacy and law) and know that it will take a disinterested third party to do it. I know it can be done but it requires looking at details and follow up questions which the debates do not permit.
Please have CNN analysits compile a CHART with each candidates (current) position on Iraq, Soc Sec, the economy, immigration, abortion, same sex marriage etc and then show where they are the same and different. The differences are the most critical for the voters.
CNN has the funds and political muscle to get the job done. It will put CNN at the top of the list as voters in both parties would be interested. It would also enable us to determine if they change their positions.
Should CNN desire my input, I would be most happy to volunteer it.
Respectfully,
Bruce Stein
