PETER CAVE: Indonesia’s Health Minister has suggested that the United States may be involved in a conspiracy to use the bird flu virus to develop biological weapons.
The extraordinary allegation is included in a new book, endorsed by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, which describes Indonesia’s fight to assert its ownership of its virulent strains of avian influenza.

True, TRM, it doesn’t make the story true. My point was that it was a MSM source not an obscure site doing the reporting.
And dandelion, you ever notice that we are both guilty of the ” MSM is ok as long as they say what we want to hear” virus? So just because it was reported by a “profitable” media source doesn’t always mean its so right? I say that in the most diplomatic way I know how…
I know who reported it… you don’t find it a little amusing?
I mean c’mon, Indonesian government with their cackles up over someone “stealing” a flu strain? Then claiming we are using it to develop bio weapons?
Not saying its truth or fiction although you know which way I tend to think, I just think it’s funny…
