Declassified portions of the CIA’s National Intelligence Estimate from October 2002 make it abundantly clear that there were disagreements among our intelligence analysts about the state of Iraq’s nuclear program. But Dr. Rice seriously misrepresented their disputes when she categorically stated, “We do know that Saddam is actively pursuing a nuclear weapon.” Her allegation also misrepresented to the American people the controversy in those same intelligence reports about the aluminum tubes. Again, Dr. Rice said that these tubes were really only suited for nuclear weapons programs. But intelligence experts at the State Department and the Department of Energy believed that those tubes had nothing to do with building a nuclear weapon, and they made their dissent known in the October 2002 National Intelligence Estimate.” – Sen.     There you have it.
    WIth part 3, Representativepress completes the indictment.

    Even if there is a part 4, this is enough to demonstrate a factual rebuttal.
    To this Condi must either formulate a credible official reply, or she must face trial for perjury, treason and lying to congress.

    This trio of videos needs to be combined into a post, submitted to ADS, sent to Wexler, Conyers, Olbermann, and anyone and everyone who can promote this very important rebuttal and indictment.

    This is a huge smoking gun. If Condi can’t explain her refusal to correct the lies she told in 2002 based on this apparent NIE that she became aware of through her own intelligence sources which she is on record as stating she adhered to in her promotion of this invasion and occupation, then Condi must necessarily go to jail, and the whole gang goes down with her.

    Personally I think her interrogation by the House, together with these three video rebuttals, represents one of the most important pillars in the pursuit of justice of this entire administration.

    I will try to get all three, plus the original together and posted on ADS and sent to Wexler, tho I’m sure all are already way ahead.
