However Goodman doesn’t mention much about the influence of neocon parallel intelligence operations like “Team B” under Reagan and the “Office of Special Plans” under Bush II. These operations sought to undermine the CIA, who they vilified for relying on “facts” rather than “mindset”. They eventually perverted the CIA itself.
