Ahhhhhhhhhhh . . . See, we can talk about HAARP now because it’s old technology. They’ve SO moved on from it. Now it can all be done via satellite.
The Weapons Division at the command where I work is a “center for excellence” in weather warfare.
We’re getting to the point where we need to realize the tinfoil hatters were perhaps on to something. Suspicion of our governments is healthy and wise. None of them asked US if WE wanted OUR tax dollars spent on weather modification and warfare, did they?
