America is believed to be negotiating a secret deal with Iraq. One that perpetuates the military occupation of Iraq indefinitely. The new deal, if it goes through, would grant the Americans a right to use more than 50 bases in Iraq, indefinitely. It also means immunity for the US troops and contractors against the Iraqi law.
