“America” is not too blame. (Except perhaps when you look at Episode 1. America is a little too innocent and easily distracted by a tax cut and shopping. An earlier in the war perspective.) But Bush has blamed America in real life for not supporting the war enough. So as with all things, it’s never Bush’s fault. (He says.) it’s “our fault” if the war isn’t working. That’s the satire. 🙂
