Hamdan Found Guilty At Tribunal

Military tribunal found Salim Hamdan guilty of “material support and resources to wit: personnel, himself…” which means they found him guilty of being Osama bin Laden’s driver and not for committing acts of terrorism. Keith talks to Neal Katyal, Hamdan’s lead civilian attorney about the case.
