International law, to which the USA is signatory, mandates that the ONLY legal war is that which is undertaken as a last resort in defense of a nation’s borders. EXACTLY WHEN AND WHERE DID IRAQ INVADE THE USA???
The law of the land stipulates that torture, illegal invasions and fabricating false pretext for such are all war-crimes. If you fail to uphold the law of the land now, you are setting the stage for worse by the next.
Fact remains that your admin fabricated the pretext for war, and a million Iraqis and 4k US soldiers died, and we wasted $3-trillion.
Fact is the Gulf of Tonkin was similarly fabricated, and 70k US soldiers and untold millions of Vietnamese died. Even your own Secy of Defense admitted that.
Where is your outrage? You say those who seek justice and the rule of law are ‘weak’, when in fact it is YOU who are weak for failing to uphold the rule of law, and seek to mandate complicity with our nation’s war-crimes through threat and fear.
YOU are the weak one, Charlie. Where is your outrage?? Your beloved troops ALL DIED FOR NOTHING. Iraq was no threat to the USA, and neither was Vietnam, which you undoubtedly salute McBomb for launching himself into, a willful personal war-crime as defined under the UN charter which he remains unapologetic about to this day.
Show some cajones and bring down this criminal cabal of a mess of a detested government which you elected and here further excuse. To the Germans and Japanese in 1945 Roosevelt and Truman were war criminals and traitors to everything the US stands for, but, no one ever whispered impeachment, ever. The modern spoiled brat US citizens like you are going to to get all of us killed by showing just how weak some in this country are . I hope Mr. Kucinich reconsiders his fight to impeach, and thinks of the future of the US, and not the tantrums of a few spoiled, self-centered adolescent adults.
