  3. Wow. Here is a guy, Emanuel, who is basically a corporate suckup, in my opinion, and even he, when he comes to speak to a group of CEOs, has to face a room so thick with tension that hardly anyone even proffers questions, just because he’s a Dem.

    Regarding what he said: I think it’s a bit shocking that he thinks 15 billion dollars a year is enough to invest in green infrastructure. Ten times that wouldn’t be enough. Come on, Rahm, how many trillions have we flushed into Wall Street over just the past few months? You talk about thinking big. Ok. Do it.
