  2. Prove that a Corporation is an “Individual”, all that is needed is the “signed”, “Personal Income Tax” statement, then there is NO dispute as to “Individuality”. Til then, a corporation is a business Entity only.
    Fighting the wrong battle, verification of “Individuality” is that of the Corporation.
    Incorporating is no Birthing[aborting a contract will cause a “law” suit], its just business as usual.
