I heard Mr. Hersh interviewed on NPR and I must say I was not at all impressed. He was sidetracking and dodging questions. He wouldn’t even touch on Obama. Even NPR was toying with Mr. Hersh’s credibility.
I would say his JSOC story is a diversion of the stories coming out from real journalists like Tom Burghardt’s on Antifascist Calling.
NPR even went further and contacted USSOCOM whom clearly stated the Vice President is NOT in the military chain of command.

However impotent Mr. Hersh is, I do not discount the possibility of there being a steering or control committee for USSOCOM, like that of the OCB for the CIA exists.
