It’s doubtful that anything will change even if all of Congress is replaced. Until the terrible 1886 Supreme Court decision giving corporations the right of individuals is reverse there is little hope. The only way it seems that We The People will ever regain a voice in Congress is if We The People claim the right to initiative, and can start their own legislation. Former Senator Micke Gravel has proposed such an option.
Good points, Shaine. I have a video of Gravel explaining the initiative but I still need to post it.
