  5. How many people are killed because they have insurance and get “medical” attention? It’s probably higher than the number of peole who die because they don’t have isurance.

    Bio-diesel from algae which can be refined into gasoline and other petroleum type products can be produced in unlimited quanties in green houses! Google it!
