I was going to stop writing about political things and concentrate on fiction. Fiction is an easier venue because most of the time it doesn’t get you wrapped around the proverbial axle and make you want to blow your head off. It is infuriating to write a political piece based on recognized facts and the knowledge you impart completely ignored by the majority of Americans that refuse to read anything outside of the mainstream media and would rather live their life in the surreal world of corporate and political pabulum so they can live their lives more “comfortably”.

As the American political center spirals farther and farther down the road toward barbarism, it truly becomes a greater and greater privilege and an honor, seemingly by the day, to be condescended to as just one of the nonsensical ‘moonbat’ lefties! The ‘lunatic fringe’ in America! In a country where to be ‘centrist’ or the even more laughable name of ‘moderate’ means to identify with extreme militarism, gargantuan military expenditure(s), and a network of military bases that envelop the planet; it’s good be in the company of respected mystic teachers like the Buddha and Jesus of Nazareth; instead of mass murdering sociopaths such as Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and his demon offspring (and we shouldn’t leave aside the grand orator Obama who is piling up his share of ‘collateral damage’ since taking over the reigns of this malevolent behemoth)!

In the 17th episode Max Keiser and co-host, Stacy Herbert, look at the scandals behind Goldman Sachs’ fictional exchange rate swaps and whether these same fictional derivatives could have been sold to China, where the PLA is calling for an economic punch against the US with a Treasury dump. Keiser also talks to the Reverend John Strain, the man behind Save Our Savers, a new campaign in the UK to force governments to stop writing policy to encourage speculation.

President Obama’s support of loan guarantees for the construction of new nuclear power plants is a monumental mistake. It is a decision that is bad for consumers and taxpayers, and it is wrong-headed from an environmental and national security perspective.

Providing $8.3 billion in loan guarantees to help the Southern Company build two reactors in Georgia is the last thing the Obama Administration should be doing. There is no place for new nuclear power plants in our country’s energy future.

Washington and its NATO allies launched two of the three major wars in the world over the past eleven years in March – against Yugoslavia in 1999 and against Iraq in 2003. The war drums are being pounded anew and the world may be headed for a catastrophe far worse than those in Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and Iraq.
———-

The United States, separately and through the military bloc it controls, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, is accelerating military deployments and provocations throughout Eurasia and the Middle East.

Embroiled with fellow NATO members in the largest-scale military offensive of the joint war in Afghanistan launched eight years ago last October and well on the way to both extending and replicating the Afghan aggression in the Horn of Africa and the Arabian Peninsula [1], Washington and its allies are also taunting and threatening Russia as well as surrounding Iran with military forces and hardware preparatory to a potential attack on that nation.

The US SOUTHCOM electronic surveillance base has been functioning in Aruba for several years. One day, an individual looking like a typical American, wearing shorts, a Hawaii shirt, and sunglasses, walked into it effortlessly and started roaming around. The US marines must have been too tired of the heat and assumed he actually was one of their countrymen – the base has been hosting numbers of visitors from the US recently amid the preparations for serious operations against Venezuela.
