Yes, finally found it in the guardian. Very interesting; low level local traffickers risking everything for a few bucks. Many end up in US prisons with longer sentences than extradited criminals convicted of murder and/ or large scale operations.
It’s horrible. Thanks for letting me know about Part 3; I still need to watch it.
