Tim Griffin is now on the U.S. House Judiciary Committee for the 112th Congress thanks to Mr. Boehner. This is the utmost in miscarriage of justice and outright hypocrisy. The guy who caged votes and helped to disenfranchise thousands of minority democratic voters in the 2004 election is now on the committee that is meant to promote justice to all Americans and help protect civil rights.
