The U.S. unilateral raids — the types that allegedly killed al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in Pakistan, and which U.S. President Barack Obama is now saying he would authorize again if necessary — are “unconstitutional.”

U.S. President Barack Obama is “making policy saying he’s going to assassinate individuals either through drones or Osama bin Laden-type operation,” international lawyer Franklin Lamb from Beirut said in a phone interview with Press TV’s U.S. Desk on Sunday.
