Perhaps historians or cultural anthropologists surveying the course of human events can identify for us a land, in addition to Palestine, where such a large percentage of a recently arrived colonial population prepared to exercise their right to depart, while many more, with actual millennial roots but victims of ethnic cleansing, prepared to exercise their right of Return.

In Washington DC, hundreds of people have been dancing at the Jefferson Memorial claiming they are exercising their first amendment rights. It comes after last week RT America host Adam Kokesh and four others were arrested by the police for dancing at the same spot.

I am a dissident. This term allows my government to ignore my opinions and also enables the rest of America to discount any or all of my opinions. I am also a “conspiracy theorist”, because I believe that more than one person in my government are colluding together in order to dupe the American people to believe things that are not true. Therefore, I am of no consequence. Anything I say can be attributed to the “lunatic fringe”. I have been framed, that is, I have been relegated to the sidelines of any debate of consequence. I have been neatly packaged and categorized so that my opinions have no relevance.
