Occupy Wall Street October 1st

I have to admit that I’m really pissed off. It’s no longer just being angry about the situation in Washington; it’s about what’s happening to America. This country is failing. People are unemployed, and we are neglecting the poor and homeless. What’s happening here? Where is the government when it comes to protecting the welfare of the people? Why are so many crazies in the House and Senate? I’m talking about my Senators; Jim DeMint and Bang-Bang Lindsey Graham who used to be sane. The South Carolina Senators do not represent me. I talk to a lot of people who used to be Republicans. They are ashamed of their party. Don’t count on South Carolina voters to vote for another crazy Republican.

They won’t vote for Democrats either. Most people are sick to death of all partisan crap that comes out of Washington. The federal government doesn’t understand what’s happening in this country they only care about who feeds them. Both parties are supported by corporate contributions. The days of representative democracy are over in America. We the people who don’t live in the upper 10% of the income bracket don’t stand a chance. We have nobody who really can do anything in Washington when most of the legislators are wards of the corporate world.

Voting in America is a bad joke. Maybe local elections are legit, but Federal elections are a set-up sham to put in the best person that can provide corporate income. A corporation is not a person and does not deserve personhood. If you examine the corporate model of any large corporation, most could be diagnosed as sociopaths, with interest not in community or the people working for them (except those at the top), with no other interest but the bottom line. That is no way to run a country. Some of these despicable psychopathic Defense Industries would love to have a big war with Russia or China? WTF?

Sorry about the language but I’m extremely irate right now. I think that the mess in this country is coming to a head. There are so many people that are confused and angry in this country as they watch the wealthiest 10% make windfall profits while the middle class lost an average of $2,000 a year in wages.

States are trying to bust up unions like that shark Walker who is a puppy hound of the Koch Brothers. The Postal Service is defying its Union and attempting to lay off 35,000 workers. Sorry, but they won’t beat that union. This too could get ugly. Remember the phrase “Going Postal”? Just watch the fireworks from that union. They won’t surrender quietly; you can take that to the bank.

Where is the media coverage of the Wall Street protest? That in itself shows that the mass media is government controlled. Wait until October 6th , a million or more people will be there and they will have to cover the event. I’ll be there to take video for Op-Ed News, Dandelion Salad and The Real News Network. I’ll ask Rob Kall for a press pass. Watch me get arrested, press pass or not. This is just a screed, but I really feel that this country is ready to blow. There are so many issues that need addressing. We need to stop all of these wars. We really need to stop killing people in other (Muslim) countries. We need to stop executing people on bogus evidence that was engineered by the District Attorney that paid people to testify against Troy Davis who was executed in Georgia.

Not only executions, but incarceration has gone from 87,369 to 129,336 from 2000 to 2009. That’s incredible. The private corporate prison system is making big bucks on inmates. We have more of our population incarcerated than any other country on Earth!

Rank Country/Entity Prisoners per 100,000

1 United States 743

2 Russia 577

3 U.S. Virgin Islands 561

4 Saint Kitts and Nevis 551

5 Rwanda 545

6 Georgia 537

7 Palau 478

8 British Virgin Islands 468

9 Belize 449

10 Bermuda 428

It’s a F**King Gulag! I’ve heard stories of doing medical experiments on prisoners and harvesting organs from the executed. What kind of country is this? We have torture sites in other countries? We have bases in over 177 countries. Why? Where are they getting that money? They’re getting it from us, the taxpayer and selling debt to the Chinese so they can go to war with them, if this isn’t an odd little world than I must be seriously deluded.

I don’t believe I’m deluded. I see the crap that they throw at us and brand it as “foreign policy”. What a load of shit. “We are still chasing the enemies of democracy that mean to harm us”. We’re making America safe by bombing the crap out of the Middle East, Libya, Afghanistan, Pakistan and God knows where else. I’m a little tired of it, aren’t you?

Who set us up as “Director of the World” anyway? Just who the hell are we to tell other countries how to live? We can’t even solve our own problems. This damn country is falling apart around our ears and we’re busy out conquering other nations. What a load of shit. We’re growing poppies in Afghanistan and stealing Iraq’s oil. That’s not the half of it. In Libya we destroyed their infrastructure so that they will have to go to the IMF and the World Bank to get loans they can’t repay so the Rothschild’s can foreclose on their country. The first thing that the provisional government in Libya wanted was a central bank. Who gave them that idea? When do revolutionaries ask for a central bank as one of their first demands? Libya was one of a handful of nations that didn’t have a Rothschild central bank. Syria is another, so is Cuba. We’ll make sure the evil bastards get in there too.

Everyone needs to wake the hell up and see what’s happening. We are all being taken for a big ride and we’re not going to like the outcome. Selling war and making arms and munitions just isn’t going to sustain us, it will cripple us and make us the target of every nation that we have screwed over. We are a target because we are causing most of the problems with our interference. The entire world is starting to hate us. The world was bamboozled by Obama as most of the “progressives” in America. Look at how he’s turning out.

We have a country that is in the hands of scoundrels. There is no honor in our Federal Government and its policies. We have become a nation of thieves and murderers. The only way we will change it is for the people to stand up to this government and make a statement that they can’t ignore.

I was in West Potomac Park when the worm turned in 1972. Almost a million people settled in Washington DC for three days. Nixon was flown out of the White House to Camp David for his safety. That was when John Kerry was still a thinking human being instead of a corporate pansy. We changed the direction of the nation for a moment. We stopped a War that killed 56,000 American boys. I was in the active Army at the time and was still in my fatigues. When they came on their horses with their white helmets and clubs, Kerry asked me if I was active duty. I said yes. He then asked me if I had a clearance and I told him “Top Secret”. The Vietnam Vets against the War had me out of Washington in about 20 minutes. At every intersection they had a guy in fatigues directing traffic with walkie-talkies to let me through. It was a moment in my life I’ll never forget.

We need to be in Washington on October 6th. If you can possibly be there, go. Go to David Swanson’s site http://warisacrime.org/ and get a ride or make accommodations to stay to change our government. It’s up to us to do it… nobody else will do it for us. Think about the future of your country. Think about how your kids will be living in a corporate controlled police state (The polite word is “Security State”). Think of jackbooted Homeland Security people banging down your door for writing an article like this in a few years, or maybe now.

We are living George Orwell’s 1984. The mujahedeen are Oceania or Eurasia. It’s all a lie. These are wars for resources. Don’t kid yourself anymore. We are in deep shit. This is worse than the Cold War or Vietnam. I’ve lived through it all and I have never seen things as bad as they are now. We are living in a dream world brought to you by the controlled mass media. Everything is not “all right”. There is no “American Exceptionalism” it’s just naked power. Try to understand that and get your butt to Washington DC and be prepared to get arrested. This is the time to take back America and make it into what it was supposed to be, “The land of the free” and be peace loving people. It’s up to us to make this change. We need the government to respond to the people, not the corporations and the military-industrial-complex. This is the real world we live in. This is our chance. Please excuse me for this rant.

  2. Hit the nail on the head. What amazes me is the seeming lack of perception by the greater public as to what is taking place. Another post today on DS explains that well–television–the evil of mind control.

  3. well done Timothy, you hit it all on the head. I am marching Thursday in Las Vegas for all those reasons and some.
