Sometimes to know what love is you got to know what it’s not.
A conspiracy is just the label they use to cover up truth in order to maintain the delusional mentality of reality but with half-truths, which are whole lies, sold to us by the powers that be by being embedded with the media. They work together to sell us a bunch of propaganda filled with lies to deceive and control the masses in order to justify war, to push and sell capitalistic propaganda for the love of money because we can’t ever get enough of that, which is my friends, the sole source for their delusional Reality and brainwashed mentality thus making us serve the god of this world, Money. The love of money is the root to all-evil and this world lives for it, it is what makes it go round. Look what ego has done to Africa and it’s all because of money.
They are fighting their hardest to save capitalism from destruction when it needs to fall. They’re protecting it with our money by turning it into blood and thanks to the IRS the blood is on our hands. We must stop war. Years from now mankind will be talking about capitalism as we do now about any other ego driven system created by man in order to control mankind’s destiny. And the people behind the scenes making it happen are power hungry, lovers of money, exploiters of nations, greed mongering, rich bastards who have no concern for humanity but only one thing and that is how can we make a consumer out of you. The bottom line for them is more power and control for the love of money. Whether we believe in Jesus or not, James his half-brother had some powerful things to say that today should be a warning, even if you think it is fictional the words are powerful,
“Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming upon you. Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days. Look! The wages you failed to pay the workmen who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter. You have condemned and murdered innocent men, who are not opposing you.”
Folks if you do not believe in an afterlife “Heaven or Hell” do you really want this life to be hell for you and others? And if you do believe in Heaven and Hell then you should be making a bigger deal about what is going on than the Religious Right do because American Christianity is a part of the delusional Reality and promoting its interest and agenda. Friends, I have done research and I’ve studied this very deeply; don’t believe me just because I tell you, check for yourself. I’m just saying, it’s beyond belief “almost” how deep this goes and how deeply connected they have become.
I will go on the record myself and say I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for it is the Power of God unto Salvation. And that word salvation has many wonderful meanings and also means Healing and restoration not war. I am not ashamed of the teachings of Christ to me they are real, I see what he is saying and is trying to get across and it is so much better than any other way. And when you find the underlying cause of it, it is the simple matter of the Golden Rule and sowing and reaping.
So we must think for ourselves as to why we do what we do and make sure we are not just following someone else and their agenda. We contribute every day in some way to things we do not believe in, look at our taxes for instance, and where does it go? War or just more capitalism to keep the titanic afloat a little longer when we need to just sink the damn ship and start over and begin to think about our neighbor and their needs and to also think about small very small government, just for the sake of a few laws. We need real education not the false realities they promote and at the same time we must let love be the guide so listen to your heart and what it has to say not what they tell you. Be a free thinker and step outside the box. Just to clarify I’m all for universal healthcare but I think the church should be providing it with no strings attached instead of building huge buildings and flying on their own personal jets. In other words, the church should be socialist not the government. Think about that.

Shawn, please read Michael Parenti’s latest piece on his over $19,400 out-patient surgery, https://dandelionsalad.wordpress.com/2012/01/27/free-market-medicine-a-personal-account-by-michael-parenti/.
Do you really think the churches can afford to take on the entire healthcare system in the US? Would synagogues and mosques be included? Other religions as well? Could someone be denied healthcare based on their lack of religious beliefs?
What about prescription medicines? Doctor visits? Would mental health be included? Would all doctors and nurses, and other staff be required to work at a religious hospital?
Lo that is a great question, and of course I’m speaking about other options that we have if they would come together and do what the church is really called to do. Also to come up with a solution to the problem instead judging to hell the idea of universal healthcare which is what bothers me so much about it. I hate that they condemn it but don’t have an answer to fix it. I know it sounds like a pipe dream but over time it could happen if they would put aside their pride and all the petty differences in all their isms that they hold on so dear. Here is what I think, as much money as some of the prosperity preachers bring in alone in their mega churches would make a huge impact. I know one preacher who was buying his own personal jet that cost 22 million dollars. And there are many others out there in the movement who have million dollars homes and one of them drives a Rolls Royce with a few other very high dollar cars. One more minister, and keep in mind I’ve only mentioned three so far and Joel Osteen was not one of them, has so much money coming in from royalties just from their books while living on land that is worth over 2 million dollars which is not counting how much their house is. I could bring up many more just from the prosperity movement that would make a difference.
Now if you count the Assembly of God, Church of God, Open Bible, independent non-denominational, Methodist, Lutheran, United Church of Christ and all the other Christian churches out there combined with offerings not counting their tithes, and if the pastor was making what the average worker did which from what the Bible says based on what Paul taught, would make a huge difference. And so far that is not including what Roman Catholicism/Vatican brings in or Muslims and any other religions out there. Now in regards to your statement would it be “based on their lack of religious beliefs” In my thoughts on it I mentioned, I think the church should be providing it with no strings attached. That is the key and exactly what Jesus did when He met other people’s needs. He never preached a message that they had to believe like Him or be converted and live holy lives before He would heal them. He just did it and fed the people along the way. And it would have nothing to do with what hospital they go to as long as it wasn’t something unnecessary and overpriced. That goes with no strings attached. Mental health is for sure and I’m sure they could work something out for prescription medicines with an insurance company. However, we do need a serious overhaul in the insurance companies already with their overpricing on everything. I know it sounds crazy but if the church individually took care of their own people in their church and working with other churches in the neighborhood for those who don’t go to church that would break it down and make it very possible.
My insurance agent not only deals with cars but life insurance and health insurance told me he could get me health insurance for about $200 dollars a month so if the church would take up offerings they could make this happen. Does that help and answer your question? I really think it’s possible but would take a serious wakening in Christendom which can happen. Maybe I’m crazy but if the government can do it thru taxes from everybody than why can’t the church? Sorry so long.
By the way, sorry my long comment was not to eloquent and flowed that well lol.
Thanks for your reply, Shawn.
Are you talking about the churches handling the uninsured people only? Are you saying that the church would take out insurance from private, for-profit insurance companies for all its congregation and the neighbors that don’t go to church?
Single-payer universal healthcare through the federal govt is the best option in my opinion, the kind that most other industrialized nations have for their citizens/residents.
I have quite a few articles/videos on healthcare: http://en.wordpress.com/tag/single-payer-healthcare-hr-676-s-703/
https://dandelionsalad.wordpress.com/2010/07/31/kucinich-conyers-sanders-renew-call-for-national-single-payer-on-medicare%E2%80%99s-birthday/
Yeah, that they handle the uninsured with no strings attached whether they go to church or not. Helping people in need is the gospel that Jesus preached. Honestly I’m not sure what type of insurance but that they get it. As long as they’re covered I really don’t care what way they go to get it cause I’m not to familiar with how insurance companies work and which one is the better option. Thank you for the questions.
Here’s a short but interesting article on how the Amish community takes care of its own community’s healthcare. http://www.consumerismcommentary.com/church-health-insurance-amish/
An excellent article Shawn. I have been quoting your highlighted part from James 5 for many years. Even though the Christian TV personalities never discuss it while they say you have to do everything in the Bible, despite them, I see the Arab Spring and the Global Occupy movement as the Spirit of that letter in action. It calls for regime change for the world, not just the governments the West does not like.
Thanks Ray I’m glad you liked it and read it. I hear you about James and what he had to say and how for some reason it’s never talked about much on Christian TV. I can’t watch Christian TV anymore it makes me madder than watching the news. It’s a shame what Christianity has become in this country and it is so backwards from what Jesus taught that in many ways it could be called anti-Christ. I’ve heard a lot of thoughts about this occupy thing good and bad what do you think about? Do you think it’s a part of the rich elites agenda to create some future global government that some people call the NWO? Just curious what your thoughts are on it.
Shawn, the Occupy Movement has nothing to do with the NWO. Check these articles/videos on the topic: http://en.wordpress.com/tag/occupy-wall-street-on-dandelion-salad/
Lo based on Ray’s last sentence in his comment I honestly didn’t understand where he stood with the occupy movement. I don’t believe they are, and I’m even involved in it here in Des Moines so I stand with them. I have heard many others say outside the movement from some Facebook friends who believe that it’s a part of their plan and they are using it to set up the NWO. So I was just curious what Ray thought about it personally since I’m not sure what he thinks about it.
Thanks for clearing that up. I’ll re-read Ray’s comment again.
When Ray said, “I see the Arab Spring and the Global Occupy movement as the Spirit of that letter in action. It calls for regime change for the world, not just the governments the West does not like.”
I honestly didn’t understand what he meant lol I’m a little slow. Is it good or bad is all I’m wondering. But as far as I’m concerned the occupy movement is something we need and is long overdue. Even if they try to use it for their agenda we can use it to wake people up.
I don’t think the Arab Spring or the Occupy movement are conscious of James 5 and what is implied in the letter, but the Spirit of what they are doing is calling for the end of the domination of the 1% over the workers who reap down their fields. Slightly different language in the King James version that is used in the article.
“Behold, the HIRE OF THE LABOURERS who have reaped down your fields, which is of you KEPT BACK BY FRAUD, cries: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.”
James 5:4
This is what I see the Genesis of the Occupy movement is about generally.
Look at the parable of the workers in the harvest of the Vine Yard.
Matthew 20
Thanks Ray for helping me out lol. After reading it again I completely understand your point. I was getting caught up with the scripture that says “for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” It was a long day yesterday haha. Anyways, that is a great way to put it. I like that, the spirit of the letter in action. Thanks again.
Ha ha well yes and no 🙂 Depressing is when everyone else acts as if we were on some other square! I think it’s of paramount importance to acknowledge the spiritual elements at play. The good ones and even more so the evil ones.
It’s overwhelming to think about all steps that have been taken, all horrors that have taken place and yet we are still on square one.
Wow Lisa, that is true and very sad. I hope my article didn’t bum you out.
