‘1922 – Pennsylvania Coal Co. vs Mahon’ – To me this sounds exactly like today’s infamous Chapter 11 in NAFTA – giving corporations the right to sue any government for profits NOT realized. What gangsters then and what gangsters now.
Limit the terms Senators and Congressmen can serve – and so too, limit the presidency to one 8-year term with no immediate re-election possible. Anything and everything to bring corruption to it’s knees.
Term limits is not the answer. See: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQfqab4Voo0
“Legalize Democracy”. Sounds like a perfectly reasonable idea. Overturn Citizens United and take all money out of politics. Candidates should earn the votes of the people through the power of their good ideas, not the power of money.

Really great comment Jerry!
