I’ve plenty of time for Norman Finkelstein. Few people speak with such incisive determination to expose the rampant hypocrisy that Israel thrives upon.
Turning a blind eye to the war crimes and atrocities that the extreme zionist regime perpetrate in the name of Judaism, will never atone for the acknowledged suffering that so many innocent people faced under National Socialism in Germany. The way this guilt-card is played is stomach churning. The cowardice of the US-led Western Alliance in refusing to confront these horrors in Palestine, is utterly beyond reprehensible.
Any tyrannical regime anywhere in the world witnessing the merciless carnage and premeditated brutality can conclude, if Israel is allowed to get away with this, then why should not we? As Norman makes so abundantly clear ~ it is up to the Israelis to exercise their obligation to uphold international law, not for us to expect their hapless victims to be paragons of restraint.
Thanks, David. Finkelstein is so passionate. The US is as responsible as Israel considering the US gives so much money for weapons to Israel.
