We should not forget that both India and Pakistan are nuclear. Trump may be banking on embroiling China in a Korean debacle to divert from the extreme mythic objective, Persia/Iran. These neocons are insane.
We can no longer calculate outcomes on the basis of conventional military strategy. There are too many other natural forces at work ~ about which we knew very little at the dawn of the precocious atomic age. The greatest of these local forces is plate tectonics.
In human terms the biggest possible mistake that fascist ideologues are guilty of, is unmitigated religious error ~ literal, extreme hubris.
