Khalidi is the Edward Said Professor of Modern Arab Studies at Columbia University and author of Brokers of Deceit: How the US has undermined peace in the Middle East.

A WWII joke had Hitler saying…”I do not want War. I want Piece…a piece of Russia, a piece of France, and a piece of Great Britain.”
Israel is the same. They do Not want Peace…they want ALL of Palestine…and then some. Read about Zionism and you will realize that their ultimate plan takes in all the lands between the Nile and the Euphrates. The aim of “Israel” is to make life unbearable for the Palestinians…so that they will abandon Palestine altogether!
I don’t know if he will recall this, but about 10 years ago, Chris hedges came to Houston, Texas. I was his limousine driver. We had a very interesting conversation. I will never forget him.
