Roger Waters spoke to the Security Council via video link. He spoke for the “voiceless” masses around the world who wanted peace and a secure life and blasted arms manufacturers for profiting from war.

The Pink Floyd co-founder has been an outspoken critic of U.S. policy in Ukraine and has called for an end of arms shipments to Kiev.
