  10. Lovely car… But yes, the updated Indian version is set to be on sale next year, is made of fibre glass and retails at $5000 if I remember correctly. I think I might head for India next year…
    Didn’t they once make a car out of hemp? (means you can eat it when it no longer works.. just joking 🙂

  13. Hi Mike, hopefully the future will bring many such alternative fuels for us. In the meantime, try walking, biking, sharing rides, public transportation, etc. Really gas prices should have been much higher decades ago. Could have helped our environment greatly. And we knew about pollution, etc 30 yrs ago and the car manufacturers still made huge gas guzzling cars and the people bought them.

  14. have been seeing more and more about thease cars. i hope that that Indian conglomerate really makes a go of it and produces a lot of them and one day that I too would have one, 40 bucks a day for gas is getting old!
