Solar energy comes to Earthlings in many ways. Ancient Persians used passive solar architecture. East Africans about the same time funneled cool ocean wind through tunnels to cool themselves.

US prohibition of hemp farming is a national catastrophe. Addiction to fossil energy is a global, ecological catastrophe.

Both are peoples’ catastrophes; right up there with the consequences of hemp prohibition, and suppression of Mother Energy access, is the demonstrated disregard of humanity.

Nature is infinitely subtle. We are part of nature. Working against nature is working against us.

An all-pervasive energy is fundamental to the Cosmos. Not “empty”, vacuum space itself is an ocean of energy, the essence of nature.

Tesla called this universal force, “Free energy”. Inventors who have also found the key have added the names: “Zero-point energy”; “Energy from the vacuum”; “Background energy”; “Radiant energy”; “Cosmic energy”; “Aether”…many others.

This is the second week of protests, led by Bill McKibben, in front of the White House demanding that President Barack Obama reject a proposed 1700 mile pipeline transporting the dirtiest oil from Alberta, Canada through fragile ecologies down to the Gulf Coast refineries. One thousand people will be arrested there from all fifty states before their demonstration is over. The vast majority voted for Obama and they are plenty angry with his brittleness on environmental issues in general.

The below is a possible Letter to an elected official. We would urge you to please write one and send it, letting them know this subject is both important to us all, and to our planet. Sadly, due to terrible events, NOW is the best time for doing this. Despite the BP Gulf Disaster one year ago, despite the Fukushima fission nuclear disaster… These topics are STILL not being seriously discussed in Congress… Major incentives for PV Solar energy is not even a serious topic, if that bizarre fact can be believed. And these topics will not be discussed, and only the ones that the energy lobbyists want will be discussed… as long as we do not work together. It is time for ALL in the environmental movements, all who seek positive change, to work together now. Continue reading

There is Something Wrong with the Independent Media, by Steve Windisch

There is something very wrong with the independent media. It is unclear if this is somewhat about a failure to understand “priorities”… or if it is mainly something “darker” related to deliberate suppression and misdirection. We do know, that several important and vital stories very damning and damaging to the “status quo” are now not only suppressed by the corporate owned mainstream media (an old story for decades, but a phenomena that greatly increased after the events of “9/11” ); but are also now virtually ignored in the so-called “Independent” Internet media as well: The very people whom we trust to bring us information that the mainstream refuses to. This is a highly disturbing trend that appears to be growing; and what it causes as a result (for whatever reason), is to help maintain the “status quo” and the “hear-no, see-no-evil” mainstream media aura of : “No important questions ever asked, nor answered.”

Who Were They?

The industrial revolution has been driven for the past two centuries by the burning of hydrocarbons, first by coal in the Age of Steam, and then by oil and natural gas in the Age of Petroleum; however, as the flow of these fossil fuels slows down as demand goes up, ever-more-intrusive and massive extraction efforts increasingly threaten the progress of industrialization and the civilization it has produced.

Looking back over the year 2009, we can see many important changes. Interestingly enough, the major changes soon to be related here were mostly not publicized in the Mainstream… Yet they certainly happened nonetheless. This interesting dichotomy comes from how the mainstream scientific community has viewed the topic “Free Energy”; and how their former attitudes on this subject appear to have embarrassingly painted them into a corner; from which there is no extraction without loss of face… and even worse, requiring at least tacit admission of a serious failure in the past to view the science objectively; and pursue the study of many varied energy-related technologies which could, “coincidentally” very favorably compete with the use of Coal and Oil as fuels.

The Strange Case of the Rosemary Ainslie Circuit, by Steve Windisch

Recently the Overunity and Energetics online forums (the largest virtual meeting places and “home” for many in the Open Source / “Free Energy”communities), and several other similar Internet sites have been featuring and discussing an amazing phenomena popularly known as: “The Rosemary Ainslie Circuit“. The name comes from the South African woman who first noted the predicted effects while testing a circuit designed to verify her unique Unifying Theory of Physics. Rosemary had written a new and interesting model for electro-magnetism that she was convinced could be proved empirically by building a circuit that manifested energy efficiencies which defied “conventional” theory… And that is essentially what has happened: The anomalous energy readings that have been recorded with this circuit defy conventional explanation.

There are many controversial alternative energy technologies out there today that have been touted as being direct and highly competitive replacements to coal and oil. Many are listed in the series of articles “Free Energy and the Open Source Energy Movement” (Parts 1-4), and hundreds of other places around the Internet… These describe devices that produce no pollution, require no fuel, and are safe. The are not really “free”, in that they produce “cheap” energy (and of course the devices will not be given away). They are also not “free” in that many concerned and educated people all over the world believe they are being “held captive”; in that these technologies important to us all have been hidden and suppressed for many years… Due in varying degrees to the below factors of:
